With the well-established Crop Focused Clusters (CFC), individual farmers and farmer organizations come together to form our production division.
Allowing them tofocus completely in farming without worrying about marketing the produce, and the result is high quality produce.
Our supply chain division takes up the responsibility of ensuring:
Multiple groups of Indian farming villages consitute each CFC, focusing on crops well suited to their respective climatic conditions.
Each CFC is assigned a Processing Centre – It has Handling Area, Quality Control, Cold Storage, APEDA Accredited Pack House &
Equipped with high end modern machinery to process the produce and meet international standards in terms of Quality, Cleanliness & Freshness.
In-House quality lab to assess the quality of produce before and after processing. It ensures export quality standards.
In-built unit to store the excess produce and reduce post-harvest loss.
APEDA Accredited Unit for packaging, labelling and marking as per customer needs. Also complies with the international export standards.
Finalize terms and conditions of trade to confirm the purchase order.
Inform our farmers belonging to the appropriate CFC about the new requirement.
Move the produce from farms to PC and apply all the processing techniques.
Assess the quality of produce before & after processing. Perform quality inspection and quarantine checking.
The produce is then packed, labelled and marked as per the buyer’s requirement.
Dispatch the packed consignment to the nearest airport or seaport for export orders and business houses for domestic orders.
